Covid 19 Update
In light of recent developments with the COVID-19 pandemic, we wanted to assure the community that Autumn Trails will remain open and here for you and your pets. In order to do our part in keeping our staff and clients healthy, we have implemented some new protocols to limit exposure potential.
– We will not be allowing clients to enter the building. When you arrive for your appointment, please call us from the parking lot. A staff member will come to your vehicle to take the patient’s history and bring your pet inside for the veterinarian to examine. We ask you to please remain in your vehicle while your pet is examined.
– After the veterinarian has examined your pet she will call you with her examination findings and treatment plan. You will be given an estimate before any treatments are performed. We will take payments over the phone or by a handheld machine the receptionist can bring to your car.
– If you or anyone in your household are experiencing any respiratory symptoms or have recently traveled, we ask you to have a friend or family member bring your pet for their appointment.
-If you need to pick up medications or food, please call ahead so we can have everything ready for you when you arrive. Again, we can bring everything out to your vehicle and check you out over the phone or in the parking lot with our handheld credit card processor.
-Our team is committed to adhering to our policies, procedures, and Covid-19 protocol while our business is still operating during this uncertain time.
-Our staff is following strict health authority best practices like thoroughly disinfecting recommended surfaces and equipment, frequent hand washing, social distancing, and staying home if they are feeling ill.
